9.8.0.0.203 is LCS build,please contact your regional SE to get the firmware image file.

After the firmware image file is saved on the PC, use the Zone Director GUI's Administer->Upgrade page and 'Browse' to the Firmware image file. When the file is fully loaded, you will be prompted to save a backup configuration file. We do recommend saving a backup with a file name to remind you what version it was saved from, for restoration should you decide to download for problems or incompatibilities found. 

Then click the Upgrade button to continue. It will find the file and ask you to confirm. Click yes and it begins. Now open a DOS command window and ping the ZD's IP continuously. No little hourglass or moving bar to show the upgrade progress, but the image components are expanded and written to Flash after the file is uploaded. 

Note: During the process of upgrade the access points will upgrade and disconnect. The upgrade process will take at least 15 to 20 minute for every upgrade. 

While upgrading your ZD from 9.1.2.0.8 to 9.8.0.0.203 firmware,please follow the special instructions below: 

-Disconnect your ZD from the network 
-Follow the upgrade procedure 
-Connect the ZD back to network. 
-APs associated with the ZD will get upgraded to the same version as well .
