AP License upgrade in SR will not affect the network, as the license upgrade will only add licenses to the ZD.
You can upload AP license upgrade file on the Active ZD first and then on the standby ZD.
However, make sure that you have the same number of AP licenses on both the controllers to not disturb the SR configuration between them.
