If you are unable to login to Support Portal due to Authentication Error or have Forgotten your Password, don't worry, we can help by sending you a link to reset it.

Please follow these simple instructions to request a link to reset password on Support Portal.

1. Click here to go to Support Portal Login Page. You will see the following screen:
   
   
    

2. Click on Login and you will see the following screen, click on Forgot Password
   
   
    

3. Once Forgot Password is clicked, the following page will appear to type your email address
   
   
    

4. After the email address is submitted to reset the password, you will receive the Reset Email with the Password Reset Link as shown below
   
   
    

5. Kindly, click on Reset Password

6. You will be redirected to the below page when clicked on Reset Password Link
   
   
    

7. After the Password is reset you will be redirected to Support Portal as shown below
   
   

Note: The support login will not work unless the login is confirmed, this is also on the of reason why you can not login to the support site even after resetting the password.
