Migrating to higher platform ZD

Question

Can I migrate my ZD system to a different model ZD system?

Resolution

One can migrate up but not down.  One can go from a ZD1k to a ZD1100 system and even directly to a ZD5k but we do not support loading the backup file of a ZD1100 into a ZD1000.  See attached document for further details and procedure.
