If you are an end-user and have not received the file you ordered, please get in touch with your Partner/VAR.
If you are a VAR or distributor, contact the RUCKUS Orders team at NAR# [email protected] , EMEA [email protected] APAC [email protected]
If you are unable to reach the RUCKUS Orders team, please contact the RUCKUS Support team through one of the mediums mentioned on the Contact Us page, providing the following mandatory information:
- Serial Number of the controller
- End User’s account name
- VAR’s account name
- Distributor's PO#
- Copy of the PO
Please note: Support Purchase Acknowledgement (SPA) will be sent to the email ID that is present in the purchase order.
