Partners must access the support portal via the Partner portal to get Premium access

You can contact RUCKUS Support through the contact page on the RUCKUS website Contact Us , through the Fetch chat bot, or by +1 (855) 478-2587

Resolution

Partners can access Ruckus Support portal from the Partners portal. Please follow the below steps to access Support portal from the Partners portal:

On the Home Page >> click on Resources

Scroll down and click on RUCKUS Support

You will be redirected to Ruckus Support portal

Click on Login

Enter the same (Partners portal) credentials as your user name and password and click on Login

And you are now logged in to the Support portal
