List of restricted subnets can be found under Configure --> Guest Access --> Edit the guest service you are interested in --> click on the "Restricted Subnet Access".You can also find same information via ZD CLI using the following command sequence:

By default you will see all private IP networks. If you want more or delete any existing networks,you can do so from here.
You can also add exceptions to these generic subnet identifiers and reorder them to provide access to a particular network resource such as a server or a printer.
