Try the steps below if the ZoneDirector powers on but does not respond:

 

  1. If the ZoneDirector is connected to the network, disconnect it and perform a hard reset.
  2. Check whether the ZoneDirector is accessible on its default IP address (192.168.0.2).
  3. If the ZoneDirector is not accessible or cannot be pinged on the default IP address, check the LED status on the device.
  4. If the LED status is red or completely off, the unit may be faulty and may need to be replaced.

Resolution

If the ZoneDirector does not power on, try powering it on using a different power adapter or power cord.

If the ZoneDirector still does not power on after testing with a different power source, the unit may be faulty and may need to be replaced.
