ZoneDirector managed wireless network.

Root Cause

Basic SNMP setup on the ZD.

Resolution

Please go through the attached document to understand the SNMP configuration via the GUI.

Below are the CLI configuration format on the ZD,

To configure the SNMPv2 settings, use the "snmpv2" command. Executing this command enters the config-sys-snmpv2 context.

ruckus(config)# system
ruckus(config-sys)# snmpv2
ruckus(config-sys-snmpv2)# ro-community <community name>
ruckus(config-sys-snmpv2)# rw-community <community name>

To configure the SNMPv3 settings, use the "snmpv3" command. Executing this command enters the config-sys-snmpv3 context.

ruckus(config)# system
ruckus(config-sys)# snmpv3
ruckus(config-sys-snmpv3)# ro-user <>
ruckus(config-sys-snmpv3)# rw-user <>
