Zone Director registration (under Administer->Registration) displays an error

This is a bug in the field validation. The space between the users first and last name triggers it.Troubleshooting Steps
Just type a single word for the Name field and see if that corrects the issueWorkaround

A bug in all the Zone Director versions does improper field validation on the Administer -> Registration (Product Registration) screen.
Also note that the registration files (.CSV) should not be sent to Ruckus and they should be used to register on https://support.ruckuswireless.com/register for the warranty registration.
This will provide warranty registration, assign the assets to their account and inform them of other support contract status, or warranty expiration. If the device(s) registered is still under the 5 months limited software warranty, registering on the portal will also promote your guest-level account to premium for the remainder of the warranty.
