ZoneDirector managed wireless network that uses ZF2741 and ZF2942 model APs

Root Cause

Insufficient memory and processing power to handle the load added by high demanding latest wireless clients and challenging RF/LAN environments.

Resolution

These models are already unsupported from ZoneDirector firmware version 9.8.x and above.

These models were supported from almost the beginning of ZoneDirector release to the enterprise market. If you would like to continue to operate on some of the more recent firmware versions such as 9.4.x, 9.5.x, 9.6.x, and 9.7.x ..
