Question

How can I find a MIB reference guide for SNMP w/ ZD running 9.8 SW or how do I enterpret each MIB?

The SNMP reference guide, where the SNMP MIBs are interpreted, can be found referencing the Ruckus support portal:
https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software?filter=14#documents

The MIB list is modified from SW version to SW version so the list would vary.  Make sure that you download the appropriate SNMP reference doc or the one pertaining to the ZD version that you're currently running.  Attached you will find an example of a MIB reference document referencing SW version 9.8.
