If the support or licenses purchased are wrong or incompatible with the product you have and if you would like to cancel them, please get in touch with your VAR / Distributor.
New Support/Licenses :
Distributor will then work with RUCKUS Orders team at,
NAR# [email protected] , EMEA [email protected] and
APAC [email protected] to check if the support/licenses are eligible to be cancelled and credited.
Renewal Support/Licenses:
Distributor will work the Renewals Team at,
- Email Us: Send an email to [email protected].
- Call Us: You can also reach out to us by phone at 855-782-5871, then select Option 2. Our Renewals Sales Specialists will check if the support/licenses are eligible to be cancelled and credited.
Please Note : Ruckus do not directly sell to End Customers, hence please work with VAR/Distributor for cancellation and refund.
