How do I install the certificate I was provided?

Customer Environment

Using common web browsers.

Resolution

To import a certificate into your web browser:

For Firefox:
Windows: open Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Encryption -> View Certificates

For Windows IE:
open Tools -> Internet Options -> Content -> Certificates
click import and enter the filename (cert.p12)

For Chrome:
http://s.omni.teonite.com/kb/importing_pkcs12.html

And you need the password for the private key.
