Need to know the IP address of the entitlement server for ZD

Summary

Method of going about allowing specific ZD traffic through end-user firewall/gateway. Instance where end-user wants to open specific port for the controller to check support entitlement. He does not want to download the support entitlement file from the support site and then load it in his controller.

What IP address does the ZD controller check support entitlement against?

The FQDN is = supportactivation.ruckuswireless.com
C:\>nslookup supportactivation.ruckuswireless.com

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: supportactivation.ruckuswireless.com
Addresses: 2001:1868:a100:132::31
12.217.161.158
Though the IP address is 12.217.161.158, It is a better idea to use/allow the FQDN as it is not susceptible to IP address changes.
