Why might R600 APs reboot when powered by PoE switch or injector?

Customer Environment

R600 model APs with serial numbers starting with 2517xxxx thru 2917xxxx.

Root Cause

Manufacturing has identified 5 weeks of R600 which may exhibit reboots when powered by PoE switch or injectors. DC power not affected.

Troubleshooting Steps

Scan R600 AP products for serial numbers beginning with 2517 thru 2917 as identified for Advance Replacement.

Resolution

Customers should contact Ruckus Support and provide serial numbers of affected R600 model APs, to get advance replacement units.
