1. 1. If the SFPs are shipped from seller to the customer prior to June 1st, 2021, we can provide replacements for first 13 months.
   2. If the SFPs are shipped from seller prior to June 1st, 2021, & has ACTIVE ADD on support like the GREEN highlighted entitlements we can provide replacements regardless of dates.
   3. SFPs shipped from seller post June 1st, 2021, it is eligible for 60 months.
   4. Secure Uplift is an additional service entitlement that allow customer to KEEP Defective – Used at government and high security locations. We can provide replacement.
