Unable to login to the Cloud Portal, Authentication Error, Incorrect Username/Password.Workaround

If you are unable to login to Cloud Portal due to Authentication Error or have forgotten your password.Please follow the below instructions to request a password reset link, which will help you recover your Ruckus Cloud account.
Cloud home page, Click "Forgot Password"
Now, enter your email address and hit Reset Password
Once the password reset request is submitted, an automated password reset email will be sent to the given email address
Open the password reset email and click the Reset Password link
You will be redirected to the below page when clicked on Reset Password Link
Enter your preferred password and hit Submit to be redirected to the login screen
Open the password reset email and click the Reset Password link
You will be redirected to the below page when clicked on Reset Password Link
Enter your preferred password and hit Submit to be redirected to the login screen
Once the password reset is completed on the Support Portal, visit the Cloud Portal and login using your email and the new password.
Note: The support login will not work, unless the initial account registration is confirmed via the confirmation link, this may be one of the reasons why you cannot login to the Support Portal even after multiple password resets
