Ruckus Customers with no registered account in SFDCResolution
When a contact / Support Web User is not associated to a registered account, "My Profile" tab shows the user's Company ID to be RUCKUS Account ID and Account Type & Level will shows as 'Guest'When a Support Web User is not associated to a registered account, the user’s access is restricted as follows:
- Limited access to KB Articles
- Not allowed to get software updates
- Unable to view Assets/Cases
- Unauthorized to TAC Support.
