Why do I get login page error when trying to log in to https://t2.lte-cloud.ruckuswireless.com/?Customer Environment
19.01 with 2.4.1.0013 AP SW.Resolution
The correct way to log in to LTE cloud should be https://lte-cloud.ruckuswireless.com and not t2.lte-cloud.ruckuswireless.com.The correct way to log in is not pod dependent and should always be used by customer.
After logging in, it will redirect to t3.lte-ruckuswireless.com for our current 19.01 SW version.
Ruckus recommends always using lte-cloud.ruckuswireless.com as the log in to your LTE account.
