Explanation on IOR/EOR & the list of countries which falls under IOR/EOR terms.

Resolution

IOR/EOR terms are eligible only for Wired - ICX products. 

An Importer of Record (IOR)/Exporter of Record (EOR) an entity or individual, accountable for all entry and exit related documents required by customs, looks into the product classification and payment of duties/taxes and fulfilling any other import or export obligations, meaning customers who contacts us for replacements from the attached list of countries they will have to bear the custom clearance charges and also to return the defectives back to us. 

I've attached the list of countries which falls under IOR/EOR terms.
