• IOR/EOR auto notification to customers.
• Customer needs to accept/reject.
• If accepted, replacement processed from USA/Louisville.
• Customer must return the defective to USA/Louisville.
• Cost of defective return to be borne by customer.

• Replacements are Shipped NBD, from USA/Louisville warehouse.
• Customers must return the defective to USA/Louisville.
• Cost of defective return to be borne by RKUS.

• Defective return instructions are auto sent to customers asking to return the defectives to USA/Louisville.
• COD for low value products are sometimes exceptionally approved by CSM’s, SSL’s Accounts Team & RMA OD.
• Replacements will be shipped from USA/Louisville warehouse within 15 business days after receipt of defectives.

• Replacement fulfilled from in-country warehouse Sao Paulo & Santiago respectively and Delivered NBD.
• Customer returns the defective to Sao Paulo (Brazil) & Santiago (Chile) warehouse, respectively.
• RKUS will bear the return cost.

• Brazil -- Replacement fulfilled from in-country warehouse Sao Paulo and Shipped NBD.
• Chile -- Replacements fulfilled from USA/Louisville & Shipped NBD.
• Customer returns the defective to Sao Paulo & USA/Louisville warehouse, respectively.
• RKUS will bear the return cost.

• Defective return instructions are sent to Brazil & Chile customers to return the defectives to Sao Palo & USA/Louisville warehouse respectively.
• Replacements will be shipped from Sao Paulo for Brazil & USA/Louisville warehouse for Chile within 15 business days after receipt of defectives.
