Out of Delivery Area - RMA
Summary
What is ODA?Resolution
1. What is ODA?
ODA (Out of Delivery Area) applies to locations outside the standard delivery service range of a Field Stocking Location (FSL). Deliveries to such locations are typically completed with longer delivery lead times.
2. Coverage Calculation Criteria:
•All coverage calculations are based strictly on driving distance (in kilometers or miles) from the FSL to the customer location.
Note - Kindly go through the Enterprise Coverage Document for specific locations and its limit
https://support.ruckuswireless.com/documents/2026-enterprise-network-support-coverage/download
3. Country-Specific Restrictions (India & Brazil):
•For India and Brazil, delivery coverage is restricted to within the same state where the FSL is located.
oCross-state deliveries WILL fall under ODA. This is only for India.
4. Key Consideration:
•Always verify the distance from the nearest FSL and confirm whether it falls within the approved range before committing to delivery timelines.
•Any location beyond the defined threshold must be treated as ODA and handled according to process guidelines.
