All coverage calculations are based on the driving distance in miles/kms without crossing a country border or the use of a ferry service.
Due to local restrictions, Brazil and India coverage areas are restricted to parts delivery within the same state as the SSL is located in.
Hardware coverage for Brazil and India is restricted to products which Network Edge has not announced an EOL date.
The attached spreadsheet provides us the driving distance limit from the FSL to customers within the same state.
Anything beyond the mentioned kms it will be considered as ODA.
