Android client:1. Tap the menu button on the top right of the screen (the three horizontal bars highlighted in the figure)
2. Click on “Show log”
3. Click on “Copy to clipboard”, save it in a document and send them to the TAC support.
4. You can also select Email log option to email the logs to you.
5. It should be same for Windows and MAC as well
