Customer Environment

Client: Ubuntu 22.04 Version 108.0.5359.124 (Official Build) (64-bit) CP version: 5.11.5440

Symptoms

When Trying to upload the certificate on the Cloudpath it gives Error: This site can't be reached

Root Cause

Permission error in the folder from where the cert is uploaded.

Troubleshooting Steps

Check the current permissions on the folder

Assign new permissions to the folder

Check the new permissions assigned.

Retry to upload the certificates

Confirm the new certificate was uploaded correctly
