Global defective shipment process for Advance Replacement RMAs.

The enclosed spreadsheet outlines the process for retrieving defective items from customers located globally.
For Advance Replacements, upon delivery of the replacements to the customers, our RUCKUS Support team will facilitate the retrieval of the defectives. This assistance may include providing a shipping label or arranging for a pick-up through our logistics partner.
Regarding Return to Factory, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the return of the defectives and bear the associated shipment charges.

Note – Spreadsheet contains list of countries & products which requires Import and Export licenses.
