Resolution

1. IOR/EOR auto notification will be sent to the customer.
2. Replacement will be processed from our warehouse (WSDF4) in USA only after customer accepts the IOR/EOR terms.
3. Customers must return the defective to USA warehouse (WSDF4).
   1. Cost of defective return to be borne by the customer.

1. Replacements will be stocked in USA warehouse. i.e WSDF4.
2. Send an email to the customer if they have.
   1. Import License &
   2. Broker who can clear the part on their behalf.
3. Only after the confirmation replacements should be processed from our end.
4. RUCKUS will retrieve the defectives & inbound in the warehouse in USA. i.e WSDF4.

2. Send an email to the customer if they have Import license for the replacement part which we will be processing.
