Symptoms

When you upload the SZ104 configuration backup file on to the SZ124 you will get the following error message.
Unable to upload the configuration backup file.
Reason: the model mismatch the restore configuration's model.

Root Cause

The models have different hardware labeled ports

Resolution

Only use SZ104 with SZ104 configuration backup, there is one exception, you can use SZ104 running 5.2.1 and load this configuration backup on SZ144.
Only use SZ124 with SZ124 configuration backup, there is one exception, you can use SZ124 running 5.2.1 and load this configuration backup on SZ144.

You cannot load a SZ104/SZ124/SZ144 configuration backup in a vSZ-E/H or SZ300.
