How to view DPSKs generated inside a DPSK Pool on Cloudpath ?

Customer Environment

Any version of Cloudpath

Symptoms

Cannot view individual DPSKs generated inside a DPSK pool on Cloudpath

Root Cause

N/A

Resolution

By design, only "CA Administrator" can view the individual DPSKs generated in Cloudpath under Configuration > DPSK > DPSK Pools > View DPSK > Click on Magnifying glass icon next to "Pre-Shared key" as shown in the screenshot -


In case you are not seeing this option, please verify the role assigned to you under the menu Administration > Administrators.
