Resolution

Part# 9C1 in our install base was initially provided solely for cloud evaluation purposes and was designated as a Cloud Evaluation-only XXX SKU, not intended for sale. As the trial period for this product has now concluded, it is no longer eligible for Replacement or RMA. This part is specifically used for testing and demonstration within designated environments. These devices don’t follow the standard warranty clause and thus making it ineligible for RMA.
