- RUCKUS ships like-for-like replacement units whenever possible.
- If the exact product is unavailable -
- Wireless – We will provide the closest equivalent part, as recommended by our Product Line Management (PLM) team.
- Wired – The support team will coordinate with the Planning team to determine the best course of action. This may involve initiating a stock transfer or fulfilling the replacement from production inventory, depending on availability.
- Replacements are shipped based on inventory availability and may be fulfilled from any of our global distribution centers.
How RUCKUS Handles Country of Origin (COO) Preferences?
We understand that certain countries or organizations may have regulatory or internal requirements related to the Country of Origin (COO) of imported goods.
However, please note:
- RUCKUS does not guarantee replacement shipments from a specific COO.
- RUCKUS do not maintain inventory based on COO, and shipments are fulfilled based on product availability at the time of processing.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary certifications to clear the replacement through customs, regardless of COO.
