RUCKUS Cloud MSP now has the option of provisioning Installer and Integrator roles. These roles are separate administrative MSP-ECs configured within the MSP’s network that can access customer MSP-ECs on behalf of the MSP. By creating these business roles within the MSP network, the MSP can enable 3rd party administration of customer networks. This could be in support of network installation, ongoing management, business administration, etc. The MSP can also assign network licenses from the MSP-EC pool to Integrator/Installers, enabling them to operate their own RUCKUS Cloud network.
