Ruckus IoT 1.5.1.1.22 (GA) vRIoT Server Software Release (.tar.gz controller upgrade image)

Changed Behavior
- After upgrading to the intermediate release (1.5.1.1.17), to access the latest releases (1.5.1.1), user has to upload the image and upgrade to the build 1.5.1.1.22.
- After upgrading the user is automatically logged out. The user has to login back again where he is prompted to set a new password. With the new password, user can access the 1.5.1.1 system.
- NOTE: Support for downgrade is not provided. For example, if you are on the latest build (1.5.1.1.22), you cannot downgrade to 1.5.1.1.17 or 1.5.1.0.21 as the system will throw an error

- SmartZone Controller version: 5.2.0.0.699 (SZ100, vSZ)
