Technical Support Bulletin TSB 2009-065

Description: Due to a supply change, a new revision of the Fan FRU module is used in the TurboIron 24X (TI-24X-AC). Correct operation of the new fan requires an update to the TurboIron 24X IronWare Operating System software. The updated OS (Release 04.1.00c) supports both the new and old fans. TurboIron 24x units that ship with IronWare Software Release 04.1.00c or higher (containing the new fans) must not be downgraded below Release 04.1.00c. Users replacing the Fan FRU module TI-24X-FAN must use IronWare Software Release 04.1.00c or higher.
