Technical Support Bulletin TSB-2026-008- RUCKUS One® Dual-Stack (IPv4/IPv6) Cluster Migration Notification

Description:

This Technical Support Bulletin provides advance notice of planned RUCKUS One cluster migrations that will enable dual-stack (IPv4/IPv6) support across production regions. This platform enhancement is intended to improve scalability, resiliency, and long-term service-readiness.

During each scheduled maintenance window, for the respective region, the RUCKUS One GUI will be unavailable, and brief service interruptions of approximately 15 minutes may affect device connectivity and new user authentication workflows.

Existing authenticated user sessions are expected to remain active and unaffected during the maintenance event.
