Q: I can’t seem to find a reliable USB/Serial converter to connect my PC to the ZoneDirector Console. Can you recommend a solution?A: You can use any inexpensive USB to serial converter.
Just remember Ruckus uses 115200 baud, 8 databits, no parity, 1 stopbit, no flowcontrol
on our ZoneDirector.
You can use Putty or tera term as free programs as terminal software.
