How does a partner get access to the support portal?

Customer Environment

All Ruckus Partner portal users accessing Support portal

Root Cause

Partners must access the support portal via the Partner portal to get Premium access

Workaround

In case of any difficulyt in accessing the Support portal, please contact Ruckus Customer Support team

Resolution

Partners can access Ruckus Support portal from the Partners portal. Please follow the below instructions to access Support portal from the Partners portal:

Login to the Partners portal
Click on Ruckus Support under Resources -> Support
You will be redirected to Ruckus Support portal
Click on Login
Enter the same (Partners portal) credentials as your user name and password and click on Login
And you are now logged in to the Support portal
