Ruckus does not directly sell to end customers and will not issue refunds directly to the end customers.
If you have purchased incorrect support or licenses on the product and if the support/licenses are new, you can get in touch with your VAR / Distributor and in turn the Distributor can get in touch with Ruckus Accounts Receivable team to check if the support/licenses are eligible to be cancelled and credited.
