I have SCI 1.x deployed already. Will it stop working if I do not upgrade to newer version?
No. You can continue to use SCI 1.x, which is already deployed. However, you cannot deploy any new instances of SCI 1.x. It is recommended to migrate to SCI 2.x as soon as possible -
Can I deploy SCI 1.x?
We are no longer issuing the license keys for SCI 1.x..(After 31-Jul 2016), All license keys (Flexera/Smart Licensing/LiMan based) will work only on SCI 2.x., you can download and install SCI 2.x only -
I am interested in upgrading from SCI 1.x to SCI 2.x. Can I re-use the SCI 1.x license keys on SCI 2.x?
SCI 1.x license keys do not work on SCI 2.x. You need to swap SCI 1.x licenses with SCI 2.x license keys, so please contact us as soon as you upgrade to SCI 2.x. and we will help you with the migration -
If I migrate to SCI 2.x, will I lose my SCI 1.x data?
When SCI 2.x is deployed, SCI 1.x data will not be migrated by default. SCI 1.x data has to be migrated explicitly, We can help you migrate your SCI 1.x data successfully

Do I get any licenses by default with SCI 2.x?
Each new SCI 2.x installation comes with unlimited Trial AP licenses for a period of 90 days. After 90 days SCI 2.x requires the purchase of RTU and one (1) AP license per physical AP to be analyzed, along with the support on RTU and it's AP Licenses
