Whitelisting Ruckus Cloud Controller IP addresses for Access Point connectivity

These are the URLs that need to be added to Firewall/Content Filters, that will allow Ruckus Access Points to connect successfully to RUCKUS-ONE

Question

What IP addresses or FQDNs do I need to add to my Firewall or Content Filter for the Ruckus Cloud WiFi?

Customer Environment

Firewall, Content Filter. EU, NA, ASIA

Root Cause

Newly added Ruckus Cloud WiFi Access Point will not connect to Ruckus Cloud WiFi Controller and will show up in the Cloud user interface as "Never contacted Cloud".

Resolution

To allow RUCKUS One to function properly, for Ruckus Cloud WiFi Access Point & RUCKUS ONE connectivity, please configure your firewall to allow for outbound connectivity according to the following guidelines:
