License transfer between switches

How can I transfer the licenses from one switch to the other?

Resolution

If the licenses are activated on an incorrect switch or if you are looking to transfer the licenses from one switch to the other, please contact Ruckus Support team with the below information:

LID or SN of the switch from which the licenses need to be released
LID or SN of the switch to which the licenses need to be added/transferred
Reason for the licenses transfer

Note: Part of the licenses cannot be transferred between the switches.

Example: If you are looking to transfer licenses from switch A to switch B, and if there are 2x10 and 8x10 licenses on switch A, both 2x10 and 8x10 licenses gets transferred over to switch B.
