Activation of Ruckus Cloud & Analytics licenses prior to 10th Aug, 2022.
The scope of this activation work flow is applicable for stand alone or bundled Ruckus Cloud & Analytics SKU's.


Note: Activation workflow for both stand alone (Non-bundled) & Bundled Ruckus Cloud & Analytics SKU’s
  • Open the Support Purchase Acknowledgement (SPA) email you have received from Ruckus/Disti/VAR for your order
    • The Subscription Start Date is set to same date as the Ordered Date.
    • When activating the Support Contract customer's will see the same date as the Ordered Date.

  • Login to Ruckus support portal: https://support.ruckuswireless.com
  • Click the activation code in the email to activate.

  • Accept Terms and Conditions and click on "Activate Purchase

  • Click on the Hyperlink for the product code to register the cloud region.

  • Select the region, start date then click on "Register & Bind To Support"
  • Customer will be allowed only to select the start date as of Order date to proceed with the activation.

  • We will get a confirmation as activated and the status changes to "Yes".

  • For the licenses to reflect in Ruckus Cloud/Analytics portal, click refresh in the license page of the cloud portal.
