Undefined value in exported reports in SCI data explorer

are you seeing undefined value in exported reports in SCI data explorer?

Below is the sample filter I used to replicate and download the excel file (5k rows vs 10k rows).

I’m seeing undefined value in 5k rows excel file starting 9/1/2022 4:00 . See below image.

Comparing it with 10 rows filter, I’m seeing data now.

Resolution

If we select lesser number of rows in the below drop down, data for some of the group by conditions are not present in the selected number of rows of data, which is leading to data being shown as undefined.

To avoid this undefined issue while downloading the data through CSV, we recommend using higher rows or a data filter by zone to make the data less and fit to the number of intended rows.
