3 Legged RMA is created to lessen the number of unit swaps a customer must perform and the time they must wait for turnaround to manage the network in the event of failure. This type of RMA is created when a Reseller/VAR or Distributor is providing RMA Replacement services to the End Customer.
Work Flow :

End Customers goes faulty.

End Customer contacts VAR/Distributor for replacement

VAR/Distributor Replace the End Customers Unit from their own Stock.

VAR/Distributor contacts Ruckus Support for RMA on the Original/End Customer's Defective Serial Number with the below information:
End User Defective SN
Description/Issue with the Device
VAR/Distributors Replacement SN (Which is sent as Replacement to EU)
Shipping Address for Ruckus to ship the Replacement Unit

Ruckus Support to create 3 Legged RMA to transfer the Licenses and Support Entitlement from the actual defective unit(End Users Defective) to the Replacement Unit provided by the VAR/Distributor.

Replacement Unit sent by Ruckus is returned to spares inventory for the VAR/Distributor and will go out only with the default AP Licenses.
Note : Replacement sent by Ruckus will be like to like replacements
