RUCKUS Partner training has officially moved from RUCKUS Training portal to CommScope University!

You must create a MyCommscope account to access training on CommScope University.

Getting started in the new training platform:

• You will be able to access CommScope University through MyCommScope. If you do not have a MyCommScope account watch this video to learn how to register and request access.  

• Once you are logged into MyCommScope, click on the CommScope University tile from your My Applications landing page in order to enter CommScope University. 

• Once access is granted and you have entered CommScope University, select RUCKUS Networking.

• Watch this video for a tour of CommScope University and how to navigate it.

A few things to note: 

• You will no longer access and complete your RUCKUS training via training.ruckuswireless.com. 

• For all other RUCKUS Partner Portal needs, please continue to use your @rwbigdogs.com login credentials.

• You will not be able to see your previously completed certifications in CommScope University, but you will still be able to see your completed certifications on your profile in the RUCKUS Partner Portal.
