ResolutionFollow the below steps to register the assets:
- Login to Ruckus support portal: https://support.ruckuswireless.com
- If you do not have an account registered with Ruckus, you can get a free account.

- Click on Register Warranty
- There are two ways to register products:
Manual Input – Manually entering SN’s
a. Enter SN’s one per line
b. Click on Register. The assets are now registered under your account.
You can find the registered assets by going to Assets -> Hardware Summary
?CSV Upload – Downloading the asset information file from ZD and uploading it on the support portal
To register assets via CSV upload, you need to download .CSV file from the Zone Director.
Follow the below steps to download .CSV file:
a. Login to ZD UI
b. Click on Administer -> Registration -> Enter all the information and click on Apply
c. Now the .CSV file is downloaded on your system
Steps to upload the file on the support portal
a. Click on Register Warranty
b. Under CSV Upload, click on Choose File
c. Select the file and Click on Upload
The assets are now registered under your account. You can find the registered assets by going to Assets -> Hardware Summary
