ZD managed wireless networkTroubleshooting Steps
Login page does not load at all or it only loads partially.Resolution
Make sure ZD is accessible and SSID is configured correctly. Also make sure portal page loads fine on some of the devices to narrow down problem to the page loading. After this is done:
1. Take a test device that is known to work.
2. Connect it to a known good network and load Firebug on it before going ahead with the test on a ZD network. Firebug is supported on Chrome and Firefox browsers.
3. Connect to the captive portal or the guest network and open the web browser for logging in.
4. After the login page loads, click on the Firebug add-on to launch it.
5. This will open up a separate inspection section at the bottom of that page.
6. Click on the "HTML" tab. While you are on it, click on the "Inspect" tab just above it. Hovering on the various sections on the web page will highlight related code in the bottom section.
7. Copy content under the "HTML" tab into a notepad and send it to Support. Also send relevant screenshots highlighting the problem.
