Here are the settings that should be in place on a ZoneDirector for the Twilio verification test to be successful:
1. Ensure ZD has Internet access. Make sure DNS server is specified under the Configuration --> Device IP Settings.
2. Scroll down to "SMS Settings" section. Now log into your Twilio account and copy Account SID and Auth Token into the ZD.
3. From the Twilio's NUMBERS --> TWILIO NUMBERS page copy the phone number assigned to your account into the ZD.

Once these three settings are in place, click on the "Test" button and enter your mobile number along with the country code into the dialog box.
