How to download Access Point support info file from vSZ/SZ?

Customer Environment

vSZ/SZ managed Access Points

Resolution

We can only download connected Access Points support info file from vSZ/Z.

Procedure to download Access Point support info file from vSZ/SZ.

Login to vSZ/SZ, navigate to Access Points >> Access Points >> Select the zone > Select the AP > More > Download Support Log .

If the Access Point is disconnected from vSZ/SZ or if you are unable to download Access Point support info file for vSZ/SZ we can directly download it from Access Point GUI.

Login to the access point>>Maintenance>>Support>>select transfer method: "Save to Local Computer" and click Download: supportinfo.txt
