How to collect AP support log using AP Command line interface?

Customer Environment

SmartZone managed APs

Resolution

Sometimes, an AP may be disconnected from SmartZone and therefore you cannot download the AP support info from SZ WebUI. In such cases, you can still collect the AP support log using AP CLI as follows -

 

Login to AP CLI using SSH and log/save the terminal session so that the CLI outputs do not get overwritten and run the following commands -

support

support show

This will generate the Support info output for the AP which can be copied to a text file and shared with the concerned teams.
